Return Policy

We currently cannot accept returns of any of our merchandise (with the exception of sample dresses, of course.) At Nash Lev, our inventory is made to order. That means that when you place an order with us, we custom make a dress, just for you. As a small shop, we cannot survive by accepting returns of your custom made gown. We encourage you to use our sample program to try as many dresses as you like to ensure that you’ll be happy with your gown.
